About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Lead to join our team at GoSourcing Pty Ltd. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for leading large-scale SAP CRM implementations and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working as a SAP Technical Analyst in a large scale SAP Australian Public Sector environment or similar. They must also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and ensure high-quality project delivery.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to understand business needs and offer solutions that align across business units. The candidate must also contribute to the development of operational policy and procedures, assist senior managers in the creation of strategic plans, and lead staff in performance management and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale SAP CRM implementations and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business outcomes and quality assurance.
  • Assist senior managers in the development of operational policy and procedures.
  • Contribute to technological strategy and resolve conflicts as needed.
Requirements
  • SAP CRM, ABAP, BRF+, UI, BOPF Framework and/or SAP Social Services Module.
  • Demonstrated experience of a minimum of two (2) years working as a SAP Technical Analyst in large scale SAP Australian Public Sector environment or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in any of the specialisation skills in the Description of Services and/or the SAP Social Services Module.
  • The Candidate's skills relevant to the position being applied for.
