Administrative Support Professional for Early Years Division

About the RoleAs a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our high-performing team in the Early Years division. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your duties will include answering incoming calls, updating CRM and SharePoint sites, and assisting with client job briefs.
You will also be responsible for scheduling educators and cooks for shifts, updating clients on booking requests, and liaising with candidates and clients on behalf of consultants. Additionally, you will prepare documentation for meetings and perform ad-hoc work related to marketing and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior administration experience

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
