We have an exciting traineeship program available for a dedicated individual who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team.

This 18-month full-time trainee role offers the chance to turn everyday moments into learning adventures, celebrate each child's growth and achievements, and support families while maintaining positive relationships.

You will work closely with our Centre Manager and colleagues to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.

What You'll Need
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for eligibility
  • Commitment to an 18-month traineeship program
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Ability to work full-time and dedicate additional time outside of work for assignments
