Key Responsibilities
  • Carefully review orders before processing to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Operate various pieces of equipment, such as scales, bagging machines, and label printers, to efficiently pack coffee into bags, boxes, or cans.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular quality checks to verify that coffee products meet established standards for freshness, appearance, and weight.
  • Assemble and palletize packaged coffee products for shipment, following proper stacking and storage guidelines.
  • Accurately record packaging activities, including quantities packed, rejected packages, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any issues or concerns related to packaging processes or product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
