Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Property Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative requirements for the supply of inventory and contractor services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define processes and handle account-related queries with diplomacy
  • Maintain financial budgets, timesheets, and compliance requirements to ensure the effective delivery of inventory assets
  • Coordinate the purchasing, invoice receipting, and accounts payable procedures, ensuring information accuracy via reporting systems
  • Source quotes, place purchase orders for equipment stocks with various vendors

Requirements

  • Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience
  • Strong administration experience with proficient digital literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines and stakeholders
  • High-level attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to create close partner relations with various stakeholders
