Electricity Transmission and Distribution Leader

This is a senior leadership position in a team that ensures the safe and efficient delivery of works for electricity transmission and distribution services.
As a Senior Lineworker, you will provide infield leadership, act as a conduit between team members and supervisors, and coordinate daily activities to achieve desired outcomes.
The successful candidate will hold all relevant qualifications to their trade (Certificate III in Distribution or A-grade Linework) and a current Tasmanian Electrical Practitioners Licence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead field teams in the construction and maintenance of overhead distribution powerlines
- Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve desired delivery outcomes
- Participate in on-call rosters and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with excellent benefits, including:
