Occupational Therapist Clinical Leadership Role

This role presents an opportunity to leverage clinical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic occupational therapy setting. As a seasoned clinician, you will be responsible for leading and supporting therapists across diverse clinical caseloads.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical decision-making ability, with experience in guiding quality improvement projects and applied practice. They will also be passionate about developing clinical teams and shaping future talent.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to support client safety and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care interventions.
  • Engage in service development and clinical governance initiatives guided by data and best-practice standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience as a senior clinician.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan.
  • Significant experience within the NDIS, LSA, and DHS funding.
