Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Retail Assistant to join our team at Repco Osborne Park. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing genuine service to our customers, building effective relationships, and working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide genuine service to customers, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter.
  2. Build effective customer relationships and be the helpful person to talk to.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store.
  4. Have a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment.

Requirements

  1. Be passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in automotive.
  2. Demonstrate friendly, helpful, and confident interpersonal skills.
  3. Have a positive mindset and often take initiative.
  4. Be available to work on a Monday to Friday roster, with overtime available.
  5. Hold a valid driver's licence.
