Job Summary

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues. In addition to providing superior customer service, you will assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists, manage cash handling, operate the point of sale, ensure store cleanliness and organization, and promote sales and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
  • Assist customers with prescription submissions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Manage cash handling, operating the point of sale system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Promote current sales and product offerings, utilizing effective merchandising techniques.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in pharmacy services or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
