About the Role

The Natural Resource Management Specialist will be responsible for delivering frontline services to farmers, community groups, and stakeholders to promote healthy, productive landscapes. Key responsibilities include providing advice on natural resource management, supporting agricultural sustainability, and managing invasive pest control programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on natural resource management practices to landholders and stakeholders

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with rural landholders, industry groups, and key stakeholders. You should have a strong understanding of agriculture in the North Coast region, including its challenges, and possess good knowledge of natural resource management and biosecurity. Proven experience in delivering effective programs to primary producers and diverse stakeholders is highly desirable.
