Technical Support Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to users. This role involves delivering technical support and troubleshooting services for various MDM technologies, including VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proficiency in multiple languages, and experience working with MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to users in their preferred language, depending on their proficiency level.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM technologies, such as VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
  • Assist with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of MDM solutions to manage mobile devices efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, with a focus on MDM technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or English.
