Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our growth and success within the local residential property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consistently generate high volumes of qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire sales process
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  4. Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and support each other's success
  5. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  6. Represent our brand and values in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a successful residential sales agent, preferably within the local area
  2. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship-building skills
  4. Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to provide valuable insights to clients
  5. Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a passion for the real estate industry
  6. Valid real estate sales licence or the ability to obtain one
