About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our growth and success within the local residential property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently generate high volumes of qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire sales process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and support each other's success
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Represent our brand and values in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a successful residential sales agent, preferably within the local area
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship-building skills
- Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to provide valuable insights to clients
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a passion for the real estate industry
- Valid real estate sales licence or the ability to obtain one
