Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our legal services in civil, criminal, and/or family law. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice and representation, as well as supervising and mentoring junior staff.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Delivering expert legal advice and representation in a variety of settings;
  • Supervising and mentoring junior professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed;
  • Participating in outreach programs to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in employment law;
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities;
  • Confidence in changeable environments and strong IT competency;
  • Able to build rapport with vulnerable clients and frontline partners.
