About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fitter and Machinist to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Fitter and Machinist, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing fitting and mechanical assembly on manufacturing equipment and machines in the workshop.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Requirements:

  • Australian trade qualification or certificate.
  • Experience working on plants/sites.
  • Experience with conveyors and manufacturing equipment.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools used in fitting and machining.
