Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our poultry processing team. As a key member, you'll contribute to the production of high-quality products while ensuring the safety and quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:Processing & Production:
  • Perform various meat processing tasks, including cutting, grading, deboning, and packing poultry with accuracy and precision.
  • Rotate through different workstations to ensure efficient labeling, packaging, and weighing of products in compliance with company specifications.
  • Inspect poultry for quality, identifying defects such as bruises, broken bones, or missing internal parts to maintain product excellence.
Quality Control & Compliance:
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards, including HACCP requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic work areas in compliance with sanitation protocols to prevent contamination.
Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S):
  • Follow all OH&S regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risks and injuries.
  • Report safety hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly to prevent accidents.
Teamwork & Communication:
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and quality assurance personnel to achieve common goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and report issues to supervisors as needed to resolve problems efficiently.
