**Job Title:** Acquisition Operations Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Acquisition Operations Officer. This position will provide essential coordination and operational support to our Acquisitions Management team.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Support project planning, tracking and reporting for acquisition initiatives;">
  • Work with the Acquisition Coordinator & Liaison to develop, maintain and improve internal systems and documentation to support team efficiency;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Private Funding, Program Management, Corporate Affairs) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of acquisition activities;">
  • Provide project coordination support for key strategic acquisitions opportunities;">
  • Provide administrative support for the Acquisitions Management Team including scheduling, documentation, secretariat duties and stakeholder communications.">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • 3+ years' experience in project management and/or coordination, business operations, or administrative support roles;">
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;">
  • Experience improving or implementing systems and processes;">
  • Strong relationship management and ability to work cross functionally, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team;">
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline e.g. international development, international relations, strategy, business management or administration, marketing, research, or similar.">
