Ventia, a leading essential infrastructure services provider, is seeking a Telecommunications Installation Specialist to join our team. Based in Cremorne, VIC, this full-time permanent position offers a nationally recognized qualification and a competitive salary.
Job OverviewThis role involves working in a fast-paced environment across different parts of our telecommunications division and locations throughout Melbourne. As a specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating field works, liaising with customers, and attaining a Certificate III in Telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:- NBN customer premise installations
- NBN Network maintenance
- Fibre Optic Installations
- Voice and Data cable installation
- Telecommunications network management
To succeed in this role, you should possess professional and polite communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment, have a positive attitude, and be safety-first oriented. Additionally, you should be technically minded and able to pass a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening.
