Female Support Worker Opportunity

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Female Support/Care Worker to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care to individuals in Norwest NSW.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are committed to making a difference and have experience supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.

The role offers the chance to join a dedicated team and provide direct support to one individual in a comfortable home environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assisting with daily living tasks and light domestic activities
    • Encouraging community participation and personal independence
    • Maintaining professional standards of privacy, dignity, and respect
    • Keeping accurate records and following care plans
    • Complying with food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Requirements

Individuals based in or near Norwest 2153

Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day care responsibilities

Strong communication skills and a respectful, person-centred approach

Current P1 driver's licence and willingness to transport the client if required

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability Support

Experience in in-home or community-based care
