Cafe Attendant Role

Our cafe attendants play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-notch service to all patrons, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each and every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class services by meeting our high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the cafe, including maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensure that all condiments are replenished as needed to maintain a well-stocked and inviting atmosphere.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, adhering to our company's strict protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with cash handling and promotional activities to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated coffee making skills, with the ability to craft a wide range of specialty drinks.
  • A valid Food Handling Certificate, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • A current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2), providing peace of mind for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
