Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Response Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the user experience journey with the Digital Health infrastructure
  • Undertake incident response activities involving containment, remediation and restoration or services
  • Chair technical bridge calls with external and internal stakeholders and Agency partners
  • Assist transition of incidents to Problem management and provide support to Problem management activities
  • Support business continuity planning, and the development and implementation of recovery plans as required
  • Develop, document and co-ordinate Operational Procedures to ensure appropriate service levels and quality of service are maintained
  • Support Director to resolve incidents and system problems
  • Contribute to executive and risk management meetings and contribute to risk management activities across the Agency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide quality Incident Management services
  • Provide reporting and data analysis relating to Incident Management
  • Support Incident Management functions on a 24x7 on call roster

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Incident Management
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
  • Experience in problem management is desirable
  • ITIL and ITSM knowledge is highly desirable
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications desirable
