The role of a Pool Attendant at our outdoor Gunning Pool offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment, interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Be aged 18 years plus
  • Hold a current drivers license with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Have a current Royal Lifesaving Society Australia Pool Lifeguard certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Have a current First Aid Certificate and NSW Working with Children Check

As a successful candidate, you will have experience in customer service and maturity to work under limited supervision. You will also be flexible with your availability, including working weekday hours and weekends.

We offer a competitive starting rate of $32.09 per hour, with higher rates available for applicants demonstrating superior skills and experience. Weekend penalty rates apply, in accordance with the Local Government Award and Council's salary system.
