Job Description:

This role is responsible for the implementation and delivery of our national programs. This includes coordinating and supporting key projects, managing relationships with stakeholders, and assisting with the development of resources and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supporting key projects, including implementing national projects, education and mental health programs, community engagement initiatives, and advocacy campaigns.
  • Managing and driving relationships with volunteers, ambassadors, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to enhance outreach and impact.
  • Assisting with the development of resources, workshops, and campaigns that empower and connect young women facing breast cancer.
  • Supporting event planning, fundraising, and awareness activities, including specific national projects focusing on clinician education and patient support projects.
  • Contributing to research, data collection, and impact reporting to measure program success.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project and program coordination, preferably in the health, community, or not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong community engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating initiatives and developing resources.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
