About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development & Culture Transformation Specialist to join our team at Hostplus Pty. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a vital role in driving employee engagement, leadership development, wellbeing, and a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement dynamic Leadership Development and learning initiatives that drive growth and agility
  • Champion Hostplus' core values and ensure embedment in all facets of leadership and culture transformation
  • Co-design Employee Engagement strategies, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Shape impactful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing programs, focusing on training and mental health
