Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and minimize risks.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
