Business Partnership Manager Role

We are seeking a Business Partnership Manager to join our commercial function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our sales teams and other stakeholders to drive business growth and sustainability.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our sales teams and other stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and profitability
• Collaborating with Sales and Group Supply Chain teams to enhance stock forecast accuracy and identify process improvements
• Providing commercial leadership and support to ANZ Sales teams to drive sustainable, profitable growth

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A degree in Business/Finance/Accounting and CA or CPA qualification
• Experience working with senior management in a business or commercial role
• Strong commercial acumen, paired with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Resilient with a willingness to take initiative
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
