Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing road assets, developing capital works programs, and ensuring the effective maintenance of infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Manage road asset inspections, defect reports, and condition assessments.
- Develop and maintain asset management systems, including GIS databases and inventory management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop capital works programs.
- Oversee contract management, financial planning, and budget control.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- A minimum Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field, with significant experience in construction and maintenance of road assets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of asset management principles, future planning, and scoping projects.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Asset Management Systems, including GIS databases, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- High level of computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office suite.
- Current C Class driver's licence and willingness to undergo pre-employment medical.
- Attractive salary remuneration, ranging from $100,946.04 to $117,316.16 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation.
