About This Role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 4-year-old Kinder room.

Our centre offers a warm and spacious environment for children and our team. We prioritise creating a fun, supportive atmosphere where children can thrive and reach their individual potential.

The Role

This is an opportunity for a Teacher level 1-5 (Teacher Award).

We have designed our early learning campuses to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover. Our campuses have open spaces with age-specific environments, playgrounds and resources that facilitate interactive designs for a fun time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
  • Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
  • Assist with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
  • Ensure high quality services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
  • Comply with relevant Government Regulations
  • Guide team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance
Qualifications And Experience
  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
  • Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
  • Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
  • Valid employee Working with Children Check number
