Job Description:
">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee in Early Childhood Education. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in their career.
">As a Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education. You will be supported throughout your journey with formal and practical training, mentoring, and coaching.
">Our Centre provides a safe and stimulating environment that meets the social, cultural, emotional, and educational needs of children and families. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, while extending children's thinking and learning through intentional teaching strategies and spontaneous play experiences.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Genuine interest in a long-term career within Early Childhood Education">
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency">
- Commitment to an 18-month traineeship program">
- No previous formal qualifications (in any field)">
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check or state equivalent">

Centre Information:
