Job Opportunity

Australian Council For Educational Research seeks a skilled Project Director to oversee projects within the Professional and Vocational portfolio.

About the Role

This is an ongoing, full-time position based at one of our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with occasional after-hours/weekend work and interstate/international travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale tertiary admissions tests in Australia and the United Kingdom
  • Drive successful project outcomes within agreed timelines, budget, and to a high standard
  • Lead and mentor a small project team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working in the education sector and/or teaching experience or qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering exams and managing online testing, remote proctoring, marking operations, and various stakeholders

The estimated salary for this position is $105,800 - $131,059 per annum, plus 17% ACER contribution to superannuation.
