Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to lead our projects to successful completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the commissioning of the St. Clare retirement living precinct.
As the Commissioning Manager, you will ensure that all systems and components are designed, installed, and tested according to operational requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and protocols
- Coordinate and manage commissioning activities, including site inspections, testing, and verification
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise processes
- Prepare and present reports on commissioning progress and outcomes
You are an analytical thinker with a commonsense approach to solving problems and resolving issues. You have strong attention to detail and your time management and organisation skills are second to none.
In addition, you possess the following:
- Proven experience in commissioning and project management
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, standards, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
