About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Assistant at Platypus Shoes, you'll be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm. You'll be surrounded by the trendiest kicks and coolest styles, making you the go-to expert for sneaker enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and excited about their purchase.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and KPI targets, driving the store's success.
  • Process large volumes of stock, ensuring our shelves are always stocked and our customers have access to the latest releases.
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders, providing a seamless online-to-offline experience for our customers.
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning, to create a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
