Key Responsibilities:

Customer

  • Responsible for all internal and external queries relating to quality, quantity and timeliness of delivery of products.
  • A key point of contact for communication on any product changes or amendments.
  • A key contributor to integrating and prioritising new products into the production schedule.

Financial

  • Responsible for developing and managing the Print Centre budget, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Management of controllable costs, including engagement activities, annual leave, labour management and waste management.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Operational

  • Responsible for throughput performance and optimising equipment output to meet production schedules.
  • Responsible for equipment reliability and maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns.
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • Jointly accountable for on-time truck deliveries with Logistics.
  • Drive a high-performance culture to continually improve product lifecycle.

People

  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment, with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe conditions and behaviours.
  • Effective communication is critical, including implementing changes, managing performance and engaging employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record leading operational sites with heavy machinery and equipment.
  • End-to-end product lifecycle experience, from creation to customer delivery.
  • Leadership of 100+ employees, ideally across multiple trades and levels of competency.
  • Business acumen and accountability for profit and loss and budget.
