As a Site Manager at Duratec, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of building and remediation projects across multiple sites on the North Coast. Your expertise in site management and delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and subcontractor management, documentation and approvals will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

  • Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
  • Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order
  • Effective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors
  • Liaise with Supervisors to ensure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities
  • Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings
  • Provide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable)
  • Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutions
