Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultations and client advice.
  • Conduct professional treatments like keratin and reformation treatments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current styles and trends.
  • Achieve store and individual KPIs.

Requirements
  • Professional and strong work ethic.
  • Strong sales and retail capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude, driven and self-motivated, with a passion to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays and late-night trade hours according to business needs.

Skill Requirement
The successful candidate would ideally possess an AQF Certificate III or IV. Alternatively, at least 2 years of closely related work experience will substitute for formal qualifications.
