Minter Ellison's Consulting Services are leading strategic advisors ready to design, develop and operationalise solutions for clients. The Forensics and Financial Crime team sits within our market-leading Risk and Regulatory Practice.

The Director will lead the delivery of high-profile F&FC engagements with many of Australia's most iconic organisations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end risk management frameworks and processes for clients.
  • Conducting AML/CTF Program Independent Reviews and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaising with AUSTRAC, ASIC, APRA, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Providing expert advice on regulatory technology landscape for AML/CTF, fraud and scams, and emerging technologies like machine learning/artificial intelligence.
