Hardware Technician

This role involves working with customers in the retail sector, responsible for POS systems.

As a preventative maintenance technician, you will be looking after POS systems in retail outlets throughout Adelaide.

The shift available is Sunday to Thursday, 9am-5pm. However, there may be a requirement to go on a rotating on-call roster.

Flexibility is key as the shift may change in the future to cover later hours.

About You

An experienced POS Technician or someone with strong IT hardware skills based in Adelaide is required.

Somone who enjoys field service and shares our commitment to delivering exceptional results, whatever it takes.

Our most successful Engineers enjoy being in the field, travelling to customer sites and solving problems.

Key Requirements

- Strong hardware skills and understanding of field service is essential.

- Previous experience with POS installation, repair and maintenance is ideal but not necessary.

Hands-on hardware repair experience is what matters to us.

- Good mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.

- Reliable, confident and a self-starter able to work independently.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Own vehicle and current driver's license (a weekly car allowance and mileage payment applies if using own vehicle).

- Flexibility to rotate working hours with other team members if required is critical.
