Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects safely, on-time and within scope.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to establish project requirements and expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Procure, coordinate and effectively manage all necessary resources, including materials, equipment and labour.
  • Implement quality, safety and risk control measures to uphold construction standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify any issues that require attention.
  • Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including site staff and contractors.
">Requirements:
  • MUST have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial and industrial projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to hold others to account.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodology.
  • Highly effective problem-solver; exceptional ability to analyse problems, develop solutions and make decisions.
  • Trade or tertiary qualified in a construction industry relevant discipline such as Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying or a degree with relevant post-grad experience (advantageous).
  • JobPac & Procore experience desirable.
  • Professional attitude with the desire to learn and progress your career in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be offered a full-time, permanent position based in our head office. The role may periodically be site-based dependent on project requirements.
