Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer care by providing the right support at the right time.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Support customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, transport, social activities, medication, and other needs as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, built on trust, respect, and open communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing is essential.

  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and be eager to learn and grow.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are vital for success in this role.
