Construction and Major Projects Disputes Associate

MinterEllison is seeking a highly skilled disputes lawyer to join our busy and dynamic construction disputes practice in Melbourne. As a disputes lawyer at Associate level, you will have carriage of matters and be responsible for engaging with clients, working with senior lawyers, and managing multiple matters and competing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of construction disputes matters, including litigation and dispute resolution
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance and leadership to junior members of the team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the construction disputes practice and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
We are looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in construction disputes, who has a commercial approach to all matters and superior drafting ability. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
