Key Responsibilities- Participate in the post-implementation activities of the Done Safe system
- Assist in the creation of WHS Risk Registers for each business unit
- Create awareness via training packages for different user levels based on security permissions and roles
- Assist in the required creation of WHS Checklists, forms, audits, etc.
- Work directly with business units to put together recommendations based off findings and research to build models
- Assist with the creation of the required reports and dashboards to provide transparency for the Business Units
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual with a positive mindset who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You will be currently in your penultimate or final year of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, WHS, Sociology, or HR. You will also have experience in customer service, retail, and/or hospitality, and basic understanding of management systems.
