The Role & Impact
You'll be leading key decisions across our mobile stack, driving architectural strategy, and guiding architecture, mentorship, and systems design. This senior role requires deep technical expertise, high engineering excellence, and the ability to simplify complexity while keeping long-term goals in mind.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead design and delivery of complex iOS features, including accessories, widgets, and platform integrations.
  • Partner with backend and product teams to evolve our mobile experience and underlying APIs.
  • Mentor and support engineers across squads, levelling up both individuals and teams.
  • Champion internal tooling and workflow improvements that lift engineering productivity.

Your Qualifications
You should have 8+ years of experience in iOS engineering, with expert-level depth in Swift and iOS frameworks. Proven track records in designing mobile architectures that scale across teams and feature areas are required. Strong system thinking, leadership abilities, and a collaborative approach are also essential. A passion for mentoring and team development is necessary for success in this role.
