We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team in a full-time permanent position.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cookery and experience working in high-volume kitchens.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking food to meet high standards of quality and safety
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and portion control

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in commercial cookery, particularly in high-volume kitchens
  • Proven skills in food preparation, plating, and presentation
