About the Role

Drive Sales Growth with a leading global orthopaedic company. As the ANZ Sales Manager, you'll oversee expanding operations across Australia and New Zealand, leading a growing team to enhance revenue, customer relationships, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Set and achieve sales targets, define strategic objectives, and empower the team with the tools, training, and support to exceed expectations.
  • Team Development & Culture: Foster an inclusive, dynamic, and high-performance culture that encourages growth, resilience, and accountability within your team.
  • Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies, drive market penetration, and brand growth in line with company goals.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, surgical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their needs and our service excellence standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities, and translate this intelligence into actionable insights for the team.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, implement improvements where needed, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, growth opportunities, and areas of development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in orthopaedic sales management or leading medical device teams focused on operating theatres and procedural sales
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with an analytical mindset and the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building, with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, and a willingness to work closely with team members at all levels to drive success
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong business acumen and a commitment to personal and team development
