Art Teacher Position

The Waverley Christian School is seeking a qualified and passionate Art Teacher to join their team.

  • This is a full-time, fixed-term role commencing immediately until the end of Term 4, with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who is committed to our college values, has the ability to encourage and educate students, and prioritizes staff wellbeing and professional growth.

The successful applicant must:

  • Be a qualified teacher and hold a current registration with the relevant educational authority.
  • Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
  • Be able to teach Art classes including VCE Art Creative Practice and Junior Art.
  • Be committed to the values and ethos of Christian education.
  • Be willing to participate in all aspects of the school's programs and opportunities.
  • Have high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
