• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• Professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and desire to make a difference
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday and flexibility for all shift patterns
• Two professional references required, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education
