Job Title: Senior Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef to join our team at Billy's Boulevard. As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the culinary team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Train and develop junior chefs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Chef in a high-end restaurant
  • AQF Certificate III and AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
