Key Responsibilities:

Administration Assistant

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of the EMH/CL service, you will provide administrative support to the EMH & Consultation Liaison teams at Sunshine Hospital.

">

Your key responsibilities will include:

">

- Providing detailed, accurate and timely documentation management to ensure Mental Health Act - legal paperwork and registration information is completed.
- Managing all EMH legal paperwork & registration documentation on the weekends and Consultation Liaison paperwork during the weekdays.
- Working effectively as an integral part of the EMH/CL Team, whilst building positive collaboration with other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">

- Excellent communication skills including the ability to relate appropriately and professionally with staff and management of the service.
- Ability to provide a broad range of administrative and intermediate level keyboard support functions including word processing and database entry with the Microsoft Office Suite package, CMI & site specific systems (BOSSnet/IPM/EMR).
- Past work experience in a hospital or health setting or mental health service would be highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of Mental Health documentation and CMI highly desirable.
