Key Responsibilities:
  • Remotely install software with clinics and guide initial setup
  • Collaborate with clinics to understand issues and provide independent solutions or work with our programming team
  • Coordinate with our success team to identify clinics needing troubleshooting assistance
  • Share feedback with our engineering team and communicate customer needs
  • Answer installation questions and work with clinics' IT departments
  • Implement RadMachine at clinics by developing QA templates and customizing clinic settings
