Guest Relations Senior Associate

About the OpportunityWe are looking for someone who embodies company values and can foster positive stakeholder relationships. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook are required.
Responsibilities- Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless experience.
- Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling, feedback management, standards, and client service delivery.
- Rotate across locations as required and oversee day-to-day functions.
- Coordinate same-day catering, audiovisual, and equipment requirements requested by clients.
- Manage MRBS, including assisting with booking same-day reservations, cancellations, and amendments as per client requests.
- Support Guest Relations Executives with providing feedback for performance reviews and ensuring team objectives are met.
- Manage workspace to ensure operational standards are maintained and improved.
- Assist Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties, project work, and recruitment if necessary.
- Provide leadership support in the absence of Guest Relations Executive/Manager for reports, BCP auditing, etc.
- Provide timely client feedback and address client issues or concerns as appropriate.
- Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies company values.
- Approachable, genuine, and skilled at fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in room booking, concierge, reception, or coordination in a corporate, hotel, or premium service environment is highly regarded.
