This is a senior role within our Property & Health sector team, responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and driving growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet, and referrals.

You will collaborate with Product Partners and the broader credit team to structure deals and develop valued relationships with operations teams to build efficiencies and minimise non-lending losses.

You will apply strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills towards credit proposal recommendations, ensuring adherence to Group Audit requirements and QA compliance standards.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers predominantly in the Property industry.
  • Collaborate with Product Partners and the broader credit team to structure deals.
  • Develop valued relationships with operations teams to build efficiencies and minimise non-lending losses.

You will work closely with lending services to minimise provisions, developing and maintaining a strong awareness of the relevant property industry, key trends, economic trends, and market forces.
